Vanja started as a Computer Geologist with Sons of Gwalia in 1992. Her duties included the maintenance of Oracle Database, IT support, data processing, training & assistance to staff within the Exploration team. Vanja was then involved in the Exploration Information Systems Review, acQuire implementation, system development & maintenance. In 2005 Vanja joined LionOre with her main role of administration of acQuire database system (exploration & operations). In May 2007, Vanja joined rOREdata as a Senior Data Administrator & has worked with Boddington Gold Mine & Breakaway Resources.

Bob has been managing geological databases for many years and is highly regarded in the mining industry for his skills and knowledge not only in database management but also the day to day requirements of the geological teams.

Angela Wells
Database Administrator

Angela began working at rOREdata in January 2007. Angela started as a Geological Data Clerk and quickly moved to the role of Senior Geological Data Clerk, which involved the supervision of the Data Clerks and managing the data capture projects.  As her skills and experience with geological data has rapidly increased, Angela is now a Database Administrator assisting with the routine data management.  Prior to joining the team at rOREdata, Angela had many years experience in office administration and management roles.

Shauna Martin
Database Administrator

Shauna graduated from Camborne School of Mines as a geologist in 2004 and has gained 4 years experience in Iron Ore, working for Murchison Metals (Crosslands Resources) and Cliffs Natural Resources. She has worked both in exploration and mining.

Norman Mutsikamahwe
Database Administrator

Norman is a Geologist with 6yrs experience, graduated from the Zimbabwe School of Mines in Zimbabwe in 1999. He worked in Zimbabwe and gained experience in gold and platinum mining and also worked for Resolute Mining in QLD and Apex Minerals as a Project Geologist in Australia.

Josh Radich
Database Administrator

Josh first gained exposure to geological data systems when working as a field assistant for Barrick 6 years ago. Proving to be skilled in the use of computers from his high school and university studies he was promoted to database administrator and trained in the use of software packages such as Acquire, Datashed and SQL Server. Since then he has worked for a number of different companies in a database administrator/management capacity for both mining and exploration.

Karolina Jochymek
Database Administrator

Karolina has over 3 years of experience in minerals exploration and mining. She has worked as a geologist in various commodities such as gold, uranium, iron ore and base metals in Australia and Africa. Her previous employers include: Newmont Gold, Trafford Resources and Equinox Minerals. During her career as a geologist, she obtained strong technical knowledge in the area of geological data collection, management and quality control. To advance her career in GIS and database management, she has undertaken a postgraduate diploma in GIS at Curtin University.
