Customer Satisfaction Survey

We have had a great response to our Customer Satisfaction Survey with some very impressive feedback. Questions asked covered both database management and data capture and covered points such as knowledge and skill levels, the reporting process, turnaround time, and communication.  Most questions were based on a scale of 1 (very dissatisfied)  to 9 (very satisfied).  The average results were:

Database Management  8.4

Data Capture   8.7

Overall Service by rOREdata  8.5

Recommend or use rOREdata again  8.8
